Germany". My great uncle claimed he found this razor near the Palace Hotel in San Francisco while cleaning up after the big earthquake in 1906.  What is odd is that after further research, I found that Caruso stayed on the 5th floor of the Palace Hotel the night of the earthquake.  Being an Italian American himself and loving opera, my uncle saved this straight razor in his sock drawer for years before giving it to me.  Obviously, it does have some sentimental value for me, but he also claimed he was picked up by alians and flown around in a UFO every Friday night commanded by Elvis.
