It is made of thick layered leather with some horse hair decoration and resin boar tusks all the way around it. It also has a string of resin bones that are tied together that hang down the front,  it is very well made and comfortable to wear. It is probably a lead character item since it is made so well, but I haven't made the time to look for it in either series. This item was bought from a New Zealander at the Pac/Ren Turners Auction when the XWP and HERC series ended in 2001. This item can come with a copy of the Pac/Ren Turners Auction Receipt as COA, if needed, just request it at close out.
