It is made of thick leather with horse hair decoration with metal skulls in the front The horse hair is short in the front and gets quite long in the back, it is very well made and comfortable to wear. It is probably a lead character item since it is made so well, but I haven't made the time to look for it in either series. This item was bought from a New Zealander at the Pac/Ren Turners Auction when the XWP and HERC series ended in 2001. This item can come with a copy of the Pac/Ren Turners Auction Receipt as COA, if needed, just request it at close out.
