Originally referred to as the "Gone With the Wind" style, this artwork became known as the style A only by default. Billy Dee Williams questioned why he wasn't on the poster. The B style was quickly issued with a small but clear image of the star. The style A was dropped from the campaign and the "Gone With the Wind" was gone with the wind.
