Ed. 1750 copies' Description For auction is a copy of Pleased To Meet You by Michael Putland featuring the Rolling Stones from the 1972 tour to the late 1970s.  The book is a limited edition of 1,750 copies signed and numbered by the author (see picture 4) and published by Genesis Publications in 1999.  This book is numbered # 23 but what makes this one special is that it is one of only 100 copies within the 1,750 to come with a special Deluxe Binding (See picture 3) .  The book is printed on high quality paper; the dimensions are 10" by 14" and there are 228 pages.   The book itself is in what I would call near mint to mint condition; the apparent creases you can see in Picture 2 do not appear to be damage but part of the leather grain and the interior/page quality is pristine.  There is some minor damage to the protective slip cover, small whiteish splotches on the front (Picture 1) and tears in the corners of the left side of the box that holds the book (Picture 8).  As you can see, however, the main attraction of this volume is the great collection of previously unpublished Rolling Stones photographs and Putland's on the scene descriptions.  There is also a great handwritten letter from Mick Taylor reproduced in the front of the book.   This auction starts at  $399.99, a chance to own a beautiful collectible item at a very reasonable price.
