What are you waiting for? This IS the real deal. Not some crumby windbreaker with a patch. Authentic Copyrighted (you can see symbol in my picture) DC Comics issued jacket.  It is a very rare and collectible black wool and leather official movie crew jacket from the 1992 sequel “Batman Returns” directed by Tim Burton and starring Michael Keaton, Danny DeVito, Michelle Fieffer and Christopher Walken. The jacket is in excellent condition and was never worn. The tag reads  BatmanÓ 1991 DC COMICS INC.  Issued under license by Wittywear.  Made in Toranto, Canada. Of course the jacket was made by Wittywear before the movie was released.   It is a men’s size Large. The body of the baseball style jacket is black wool with dark purple and black knit edging on the collar, cuffs and waistband. The sleeves and edging of the front slash pockets are black leather that is in excellent condition.  The left front of the jacket has black and purple BATMAN block lettering that measures 2 inches by 6 inches wide. It is completely lined and has an inside breast pocket.   The absolutely best part of this jacket is the back!!!  It has the copyrighted Dark Knight embroidered in silver, purple and black, measuring 12 inches long  by 8 inches wide.  The embroidery work is exceptional and the image is a truly great sinister looking Batman! If you are a big fan of the Dark Side of the Knight, this is a must have collectible.   I have tried researching this jacket and can not find out exactly how many were actually made, but I know there were not many.
