The first one is a very young Carole in a seldom seen hair style in a fantastic pose. From the1929 movie The Racketeer. It read's, To Herb wishing you all the success in the world sincerely Carole Lomard.  The photographer is WM. E. Thomas and the size is just under 8x10 The second one  read's To Herb most cordially Carole. It is 61/2 by 10. The condition on the first one is very fine with a couple of light corner lines very clean. the second has a one and a half inch tear and two creses with some light stains and has been trimmed. The last signed Carole Lombard portrait by WM. E. Thomas sold at Profiles In History on November 8th 2007 for $ 13,000. Place a Bid!
