This is a large substantial piece. The pendant measures  3" long and the necklace measures  32" long and both are marked 14K. This is one of Prince's earlier symbols combining the male and female symbol with a cross inside. He used this symbol during the New Power Generation time and the Diamonds and Pearls tour and wore this necklace during the Graffitti Bridge era. I am a longtime collector of important items in Prince's career from his stage wear to other personal items from his life both on the stage and off. I have made another important acquistion so need to part with an item. This was purchased directly by me from a former employee of Prince's in Minneapolis affiliated with both Paisley Park Studios and the now defunct Glam Slam club.  I will provide a detailed, signed and notarized letter about this piece. I was in the television industry for many, many years and have had the opportunity to meet many people involved in Prince's career and life. Items that belonged to Prince or were significant to his legend and career don't become available often. The entire piece is in excellent condition with just some minor gold surface scratches from Prince's wearing it. It is similar to the version he wears in the photo I found. All sales are final as this is an irreplaceable piece of history and not for someone who just wants to get it to take some pictures and say they touched it.
