Description
This auction is for a Nightmare Before Christmas Santa Hand Puppet This MSIB Nightmare collectible is a posable hand puppet, “named Sandy Claws by the residents of Halloweentown, this jolly old elf is usually full of Christmas cheer. But when he gets caught up in Jack’s plans for the holiday festivities, he feels anything BUT merry!” Copyright 1993 Hasbro Company. Santa is one of four puppets in this series, this is the only one we are aware that we have. Santa has a live bell on his hat, comes fully assembled and with a cane. I have visited 10 different sites that sell Nightmare toys and collectibles. I could not find any that were listing or selling this Santa Puppet I am quite certain is it out-of-production and that makes this a rare and special opportunity!! If you are a Nightmare fan, chances are you've been looking for this puppet and know how pricey and rare collectibles from this fan favorite movie can be. Happy Bidding!!! WE ARE HAPPY TO COMBINE SHIPPING ON ALL ITEMS PURCHASED FROM STORENOMOREGREEN AND DAYLITE WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF EACH OTHER. These items are being auctioned to benefit Phil Barnhart. They have been in his private collection for the last 5 to 25 years. This items were either in his apartment - smoke and pet FREE, or his Climate Controlled Self Storage Unit. Unfortunately Philo has been largely out of work since Disney made the switch from hand-drawn to computer generated animation. In July, Philo lost his apartment. My boyfriend (daylite) and myself (storenomoregreen) offered to help Philo sell his collection on Ebay to help him get back on his feet. These items include books, toys, clothing, and collectibles most of which are out of print, and objects de art from the 1950’s. Philo has autographed his work product, which makes it all the more special and rare. Please email us if you have any questions about the Philo, his situation or any of the auction items. Due to the extensiveness of his collection, I expect to be posting new items for auction during the next 60 to 90 days. Please check back frequently and please bid generously, if you are able, as this is a fundraising situation. For more information on Philo, simply google Philo Barnhart. His father, Dale and mother also worked for Disney in the animation department.
