Description We are proud to present for auction some amazing clothes belonging to the fabulous   MICHELLE  PHILLIPS of Mamas and Papas fame, as worn by her in her glittering career as an actress in television and film. This selection was worn by her in her role as Anne Matheson in “Knots Landing”, the glamorous “Dallas” spin-off, also starring Joan Van Ark, Michele Lee, Ted Shackelford, Donna Mills, Lisa Hartman and others. The clothes have been worn only once or twice and have been very well cared for by Ms Phillips ever since. They are all by top designers, such as Ungaro, Vicky Tiel, Thierry Mugler, Genny, and Nolan Miller. Most were bought at Neiman Marcus. This is a vintage Thierry Mugler, made in France, from the mid-late 1980s, worn by Ms. Phillips in her role as “Anne” in the hit show Knots Landing.  The suit is a size 36 (European).  The skirt measures 26 inches at the waist, and 25 inches long.   This suit is one of my faves---it’s a GORGEOUS Mugler two-piece, with lots of amazing detail!  The top has a very sexy zig-zagging neckline (the three buttons just below are actually snaps!) and the back has a zig-zag cutout at the bottom, with a similar cutout on the bottom of the skirt.  Definitely an eye-catcher!   The original price of this fabulous designer suit was $5,000!  Ms. Phillips only wore this outfit a couple of times, and took excellent care of it, so this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to own a like-new piece of television history!   We are happy to ship worldwide.
