The lower left hand side says: Final September 16, 1982 This is a wonderful piece of T.V. history. M*A*S*H ran for 11 years, and "Goodbye, Farewell, and Amen" was one of the most viewed finale's EVER! To the best of my knowledge this has been autographed by the actors. My grandmother obtained these autographs. There is no C.O.A but please feel free after buying this to take it to someone who can verify the signatures.
