Authenticity is assured...NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED!    COMMENTARY: This LP has been offered here less than a year ago.  It is not a stretch to regard the (signed items) "entertainment memorabilia" market place (The Beatles in particular) as depressed and toxical cynical at best.   With the back-biting that takes place in this industry, it's remarkable that anything is sold.   Most who make a living selling this type of product understand this all too well.   It is nothing less than remarkable with the unmistakable provenance this LP carries, having been sold to me and LOA issued mid 1990s by Frank Caiazzo, at a terribly FAIR PRICE, it did not sell the 1st time.  Until certain decisive issues are resolved, I fear this cloud of fear will loom large.  If you have interest in this LP, and hesitate to purchase based on the dynamics I just mentioned, the LP came from Caiazzo's personal collection at a time BEFORE the market was muddied.    With two LOAs and the receipt I offer, authenticity should be considered a given. _____________________________________________________________________ LP is framed in fine Dark-Brown Ash wood, Matted on acid-free stock, covered with museum quality UV glass and sealed to resist air flow.   SHIPPING within U.S.A. is a flat fee of $50.00 to cover PROFESSIONAL PACKAGING FOR SAFE SHIPMENT.   Buyer will Pay the shipping fee which will be added to TOTAL.   This VERY SAME LP, with the sole addition of Brian Epstein's signature, is valued at $75,000.00 (as quoted in USA Today) in the current "Gotta Have It" (formerly It's Only Rock and Roll) catalogue.  Epstein's signature has never been valued at $40k.   Feel certain what you purchase here is genuine and will perform for you as investment, or a piece of pop-Rock history you can proudly display knowing genuine items from The Beatles are rare (more being retired to permanent personal collections), and therefore more pricey as the years/decades fly by.
