This lyric sheet was completed and used in Abbey Road Studios by the Beatles, for the song "SEXIE SADIE" which appears on THE WHITE LP. The words to the song are written totaly in the hand of Mal Evans on a sheet of yellow lined paper, in blue felt pen. It appears that John may have done some doodeling on this piece with interesting additions to the title and at the bottom of the piece. Dont know this to be true for sure , however. This also comes with a COA from Frank Caiazzo who is the undisputed expert in Beatle related autographs and handwriting.    Similar pieces have sold at Christies for $8500 plus 20 % fees on top of that. Original Beatles handwritten lyrics sell for hundreds of thousands of dollars. This is about as close as your going to get to used lyric sheets in the studio by the Beatles without paying a large fortune for them.
