The finish is mirror like with no swirl marks that can be common with used pianos.The entire piano is in excellent condition both mechanically and cosmetically:  the touch is responsive and the tone is surprisingly full for a piano of its size.  Aesthetically the piano is as close to flawless as possible for a 700 lbs item made of wood.  The color is very attractive light ivory - we find it to be one of the most pleasing shades of white for a piano.
