This item has been used and functions properly based on our testing. This is one of the last Bosendorfer Pianos produced with ivory keys! It has been well cared for & played for very few hours. It was also recently tuned and inspected by a cerified piano technician. Due to our location, "next day" and "second day" options are not available. All shipments are processed and picked up by UPS within 5 business days of sale. All packages will be received within 5-10 business days of shipment. Shipping insurance is at the option of the buyer on all packages. We are not financially responsible for packages once the carrier has received them. All insurance claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier within 5 business days of receiving the package. Freight All freight orders are subject to a pallet fee. Customers should allow 5-7 business days for freight orders to be prepared and picked up by the carrier. All freight orders can only be delivered to business addresses with loading dock. Residential addresses and business address without loading docks will need to pick up the pallet at a local distribution center due to high surcharges from the carrier. All freight orders will be insured for the total amount of the merchandise ordered. Pickups All pickups are by appointment only. Pickups are only available Monday through Friday; no weekend pickups. All pickups are subject to a handling fee. Items must be paid in full prior to setting up an appointment for pickup. No payments are taken at the pickup facility. All local pick up customers will also be required to present a valid form of photo ID (driver's license or credit card) with the identical name that appears on their eBay account. In the event that an item is damaged beyond the condition stated at auction, the customer may claim up to the amount of the winning bid, plus all shipping costs and packing/handling fees related to that item up to the amount of insurance purchased on the package. In order to receive this refund the customer must contact HalfPrice and return the item in the same condition and in the same original packaging that it was received. REFUND BUYER'S REMORSE In the event that a customer wishes to return an item within 14 days, for ANY reason that is not mentioned above, the customer must contact HalfPrice and return the item back in the same condition that it was received.
