Manufactured in June 1977, No.141 on assembly line.  Walnut finish with Gold Plated Hardware.  Original Humbucking pickups and tremolo were sweat-pitted and have been replaced with duplicate hardware from Gretsch.  Original pickups and hardware have been retained by owner and will be given to purchaser.  In immaculate condition with no scratches or scars.  Neck is straight and plays well.  Original Gretsch case is lined in blue velvet and bears Gretsch nameplate.  Case hardware is tarnished and case shows some normal wear.   This instrument has F holes actually cut out instead of painted F holes which occurred on earlier models.  Not a "workhorse", but a beautifully preserved collector's piece.
